Middle Georgia College (MGC) has established this site to allow students to advertise books for sale or purchase.  Note:  You must be currently enrolled to use this forum.

MGC is not in any way involved in the posting of such ads or in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. MGC has no control over the quality, safety, or legality of the items being advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell their textbooks, or the ability of buyers to pay for the items.

Therefore, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you agree and acknowledge that as a condition of your use of this site that MGC has no control over the book sale advertisements posted, makes no warranties regarding any books which are ultimately sold as a result of such advertisements, and is in no way involved in any sale or exchange of books between students. You further assume the risks associated with the use of this site, including, but not limited to, the possibility of paying more than fair market value for a book, purchasing a book that is not of good quality or which does not conform to the advertisement.

You must be legally able to sell or exchange any item that you list for sale on this site. You must accurately describe your item and all the terms of the sale on the listing page of the site. Your listings may only include information relevant to the sale of the book. All books must include the ISBN number.

MGC has the right to monitor any activity and content associated with the site. MGC may at its discretion investigate any reported violation of its policies or complaints, and take whatever action that it deems appropriate, including disciplinary action pursuant to the MGC student handbook. Such actions may include, but are not limited to, issuing warnings, suspending service, denying access, and removing listings from the site.
